[squid-users] Help with https

Hello, I'm new to this list, and I'm having a problem with squid.
When trying to connect to https, I get the following error:

The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://www.bansud.com.ar/
The following error was encountered:
Connection Failed
The system returned:
    (60) Connection timed out
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
Your cache administrator is nodo@uapar.edu.

Please, can anybody help me?
