[squid-users] acl question

Hey ppl.
I finally got my ldap authentication with NDS sorted out, but there are 2
thinkgs i would like to do.
1. From one machine on the network (static IP) i want to be able to access
cache without authentication
2. for one user (based on uderID) i need to disable acces to internet (i.e
cache)

are these doable and if yes than whether bu ACL's ??
