It depends on your configuration.
The error will be seen from the Squid who were the last to attempt to
fetch the object directly from the Internet.
So if SquidB is allowed to go direct then it will try to do so when
receiving a error indication from SquidA to make sure the problem
isn't caused by SquidA, and in such case the error will be that of
SquidB. If SquidB is not allowed to go direct then you should see the
error of SquidA.
