[squid-users] Cache write problem

Hi! I use Squid2.4S6 on FreeBSD4.5 with soft update disks. For cache I
use 1.5G slice.
My squid.conf is (for cache utilization):

cache_dir ufs /cache 1450 16 256
cache_swap_low
90
cache_swap_high 92
maximum_object_size 4096 KB

but twice on the day squid going down with error
"Cache writght fault - disk full"
