[squid-users] forwarding with user IP

Hi,
I want our users to write proxy server address in thier browsers but
want squid to forward them with users original IP address rather than
with its own IP address. is it possible? if so how?
It is like working in transperent mode , but I don't want users to
go to the internet without writing proxy server address.
