Another hint to people trying to get NTLM authentication running. To
test that you have got the Squid parts set up correctly start by
using the fake_auth ntlm helper. This helper acts on ntlm as if there
was a NT domain involved, but do not actually verify the received
password information and blindly accepts anything received as valid.
Rules out many possible odd interactions with the NT domain
connection.
There is also a new helper in the Squid sources for connecting to NT
domains using winbind. This helper is considerably more stable than
ntlm_auth, and supports NTLM logins (ntlm_auth only supports LANMAN
logins).
