Both yes and no. Some of the auth helpers allows you to restrict the
valid users to only one NT group / access right. See for example the
smb_auth helper.
Also, Squid allows you to manually divide your users into groups by
using the proxy_auth directive, but it is not yet possible to connect
Squid's acl's to NT Domain groups. Having a direct connection between
acl's and external groups such as NT Domain groups will be possible
in future.
