Hello Winston Gutkowski,

By default, http_access is denied for all. Change it as allow as per your
needs..
for ex...
if you want to allow iprange from 192.168.1.10-20
acl srcip src 192.168.1.10-192.168.1.20/255.255.255.255
http_access allow srcip
http_access deny all
