This is how I wrote the rules:

acl mynetwork 10.0.0.0/8
acl fileupload reg_mime_type -i ^multipart/form-data$
http_access deny fileupload mynetwork

The above rules don't work. I put these lines in the begining of http_access
section of
the squid.conf file? Is there anything which I am missing?
