If you run MSAD, then the list can be extracted using ldapsearch from
the Squid server, connecting to your MSAD directory..

I think there was a small list of NT tools posted some week ago.

Having the text file automatically transferred from your NT server to
your Squid server can be done in a wide variety of ways..

  * smbclient
  * FTP
  * wget
  * rcp
  * scp
  * or mostly any other method..

Initiated by cron or a scheduler either on your Squid server, or on
the NT server..
