Thanx Henrik I have implement this,
refresh_pattern -i \.gif$ 1440 50% 177800
will it work or i need to change it to 
refresh_pattern -i .gif$ 1440  50% 177800
coz i have observed that some gifs i open every time
,even again and again in one mine access.log show MISS
every time
why ?
