[squid-users] problem with the www.essalud.sld.pe site

I am unable to access one section of the www.essalud.sld.pe site and I get
the "HTTP 403 Error - Forbidden" messsage. However, I talked to the site's
webmaster and he said that they don't have any restriction (actually the
idea is to consult online about payments to providers) and that I'm the only
one with this problem. I also tried the connection from my external DNS
which is connected directly to Internet (no proxy) and it worked ok.
