Go to http://www.socks.nec.com and install the SOCKS proxy from the
source. We run SOCKS and Squid on the same Linux machine without any
problems....
Peace....

Hello all,
I'm beginner in the linux OS.
I just installed a RedHat6 with squid (latest
version). We reach the internet through this server.
The problem: We use on our Win98 clients a few
applications which need a socks proxy connection. What
do I have to do? How can I produce a socks proxy on
the linux server?
Thanks in advance,
-dhana.
