RE: [squid-users] Access Lists

Thanks for all the posts! I appreciate it...
I want to address some of the other emails but this one's easy, I've already
done the following AFTER reconfiguring the squid.conf file:
killall -iv squid (for interactive mode and verification)
ps -Al|grep squid (to verify that squid is dead!)
squid (launches squid and reads squid.conf)

Problem here is that nothing changes.

As far as I can suppose, you do an update in a file which is used by an ACL,
right???
Then you should do following after the file update: /etc/rc.d/init.d/squid
reload ... this reloads the whole configuration, thus also your updated
file...

This is how I do it, but if anyone knows it better, please tell US!
