[squid-users] dropped connection?

I have a problem with accessing this site via a https connection. Seems that
can connect to it, log in, select report, but then when the report is
displayed and a click to get further down in to the report, squid returns
this error message:
ERROR
the requested URL could not be retrieved

while trying to retrieve the URL:www.medinitiatives.com:0
The following error was encountered:
 Invalid URL

and in the access.log:

I have tried setting the request_header_max_size to 90KB, did a squid -k
parse, squid -k reconfigure. then exited the browser, restarted, reconnected
and still get the same error.

Using IE 5.5 sp1, squid 2.4 Stable2, compiled with --enable-storeio=null,
--disable-internal-dns, --enable-auth_modules=NCSA, have cache_dir null
/export/null
Can't try Netscape as their site is IE only. Can connect to other sites vai
ssl without problems.

Am I missing something? where to look?
