[squid-users] no_cache deny

Hi all
i must be missing something very obvious but dunno what
i hv
acl site urlregex_path -i apara
no_cache deny site

unfortunately im still getting HITS
this is squid 2.4 Stable 2 compiled with removal policies
am i missing something
im tryng to browse www.apara.com
also cani hv src acl and the above in a combine format
