It is mentioned since Aug 15 in the FAQ under System-Dependent wierdness
for Linux.
Thanks for the pointer to more detailed information. Have added this
pointer to the existing FAQ entry, and made it a bit more harsh to
empasis that the actual problem is caused by misbehaving equipment at
these sites, not the introduction ECN in Linux.
