no, squid and interscan are running on different machines
(we're going to change this in the near future).

it's a pretty simple setup, nothing special. i just set the ports.
squid is listening to port 3128.
interscan is listening to port 8080
client connects to squid on port 3128.
squid evaluates the request and connects to interscan on port 8080.
