I have 3 users testing 2.5 with ntlm_auth - the last 10 days cache.log is:

The authenticateNTLMDirection message always corresponds to an authenticate dialog box for the user - if you hit "cancel", it usually succeeds - I guess it retries.

This is over a few thousand hits. I'm running squid-head-200105222300.
