[squid-users] icp_hits not giving http requests

hi!
this is another setup i tried -
parent(192.168.1.5) - child(192.168.1.6) both running LINUX. The parent is
warmed with a 3000 request trace ... then the same trace is sent thorugh
the child ....resulting in a lot of icp_hits ... but not that many http
request ... shouldnt the no. of http request received by the parent from
the child be same as the icp_hits received by the child .... ? i would be
really grateful if anyone can explain me this ....
