Well, that's in contradiction with the internet draft which says:

- 4. Client-side implementation

- CARP can be implemented on client-side HTTP browsers via the
- use of the Proxy AutoConfig file described in [1] and [2].

The reference [1] point to Netscape's information about PAC (nothing about
CARP is there) and reference [2] is missing.

I tried to contact author of the draft - Vinod Valloppillil, but the email
given in the draft is not valid any more. Does anyone know about his
current adress?
