use purge method to delete objects from your cache_dir.
Set this in Squid.conf
acl purgemethod method purge
acl local src 127.0.0.1
http_access allow purgemethod local
http_access deny all
Use Client program found squid/bin directory to delete the objects...
client -m PURGE http://yourdomain.com
If this is success then gives 200 OK response else gives 404 not found
