thank you very much
my msntauth.conf was like that before:
"server 194.4.2.1 194.4.2.1 DTM"

now with your advice it is like that
"server dtm1 dtm1 DTM"
with the line "194.4.2.1 dtm1" in /etc/hosts

and it works, thanks again

only wrong authentification are logged
in /var/log/auth.log and in /var/log/syslog
