Hello,

Does anyone have any experience or comments regarding using some sort of
virus scanning software in order to do real time virus scanning on http
traffic through a Squid box, Linux or Solaris.

In particular what kind of performance overhead this might create.

Or perhaps any other alternative arrangements that may provide a solution,
dedicated box perhaps?

Cheers for your thoughts,

Jezz Palmer.
