Re: [squid-users] Refersh problem

Upgrade to Squid 2.4 and enable the ie_refresh option. Read the
squid.conf information about the option so you'll be aware of the hit
ratio impact this has and the versions of IE that are affected (6.0 and
5.5SP1 are not).
