[squid-users] password

Dear All,

I have loaded Squid 2.3 Stable 4 with Linux 7.0 and I want to use
NCSA authentication, for that I have to create password file, but
when I give command htpasswd -c /usr/local/squid/etc/passwd
arun, It says that command not found, can any body help me
where I can found htpasswd to download, and how to load.
