Maybe _that_ site has the problem - have you contacted them?

Squid is a HTTP/1.0 proxy at the moment. IE expects HTTP/1.1
capabilities from it's proxy if you have use 1.1 thru proxies turned on.
As squid doesn't support HTTP/1.1 at the moment you _will_ have
problems.

P.S. HTTP/1.1 is in progress, but no timeframe just yet.
