Altough the final part of the message is cut off, i think this is your
problem:

Does it end with "...Address already in use"?
If it does this means that you have already assigned the port 3128 to
another program.
Try changing the tag HTTP_PORT in squid.conf or check what program is
assigned to port 3128 and change it.

Hello everybody
I have loaded squid on a Linux 6 server.My squid is working fine.
But I want to configure the cache directory for firster access.
Can anybody send me a sample squid.conf file where caching is enabled?
I have enabled the caching but the cache.log file is showing some errors.
