So you're getting around 32ms HIT times. Heres one of my 2.3 boxes, I
see around 23ms here using UFS.

Median Service Times (seconds) 5 min 60 min:
         HTTP Requests (All): 0.05951 0.09219
         Cache Misses: 0.20843 0.20843
         Cache Hits: 0.02317 0.02317
         Near Hits: 0.12783 0.16775
         Not-Modified Replies: 0.01235 0.01648
         DNS Lookups: 0.01331 0.01046
         ICP Queries: 0.00000 0.00000

Maybe the the median access time is a little longer but it supports
higher load?
