[SQU] tcp Session sharing

Dear All

I have seen two emails regarding tcp session sharing.I
have some questions about this topic.If the proxy
server uses same tcp session to a particular web site
for 2 users request then how much it could effect the
throughtput as same compare to separate tcp session
for each request?How can i disable persistent tcp
connection in Squid configuration? and also Do i need
any tunning in Linux tcp stack parameters to handle
large number of tcp sessions?
