I can't tell you where the problem is. Maybe it's somewhere in your
system, because I've compiled without any problems different Squids on
different Slackware boxes (including Slack 4.0, 7.0, 7.1, -current). Maybe
the ./configure script fails with 2.4.0-test9 includes. Try replacing
/usr/src/linux/include/ with one from previous (2.2.17, for example)
kernel includes.
