Seems fine. The squid working on my machine goes through the same DNS
server as the squid proxy in question; yet my machine proxies fine and
the proxy itself has trouble. Practically all the setup on both boxes is
precisely the same, in terms of networking.

DNS can be a little slow, sometimes, but our DNS server caches requests,
so continued failiure on the same site shouldn't happen, should it?
