[SQU] httpd-accelerator question

Hello,

I am trying to setup httpd-accelrator. I followed the faq and user manual and
changed the suid.conf file as follows

http_port 80
httpd_accel_host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
acl acceleratedHost dst xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
httpd_accel_port 80
acl acceleratedPort 80

acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0

http_access allow acceleratedHost acceleratedPort
http_access allow all

Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the ip address of the web server.

When I try to start squid I get the following error:

Can anyone tell me what wrong with this and how to fix it?
