Could you run SAMBA ???
Could you get IP address by WINS names from Linux ??(nmblookup -a WINSNAME)
Write perl program wich will determinate IP address by names and create or
change pattern in
squid.conf file .. and after restart it ...
It is seems not great but should easy work :))
