[SQU] squid problems?!?!?

Hi there,

We have a proxy server running squid. We can access some sites but some
other sites says "Connection failed...no route to host". But when we point
it to another proxy server also running squid, the site is OK...
What could possibly cause this problem??? If the proxy server is having
some problems, why is it that we still can access some other sites...

Does anybody here experience the same thing as we do...
