Hello,
We have configured Squid 2.3-STABLE2 on Solaris 2.6
Now we want to configure our proxy as a transparent proxy. We have IP Filter
v3.3.16 and our config files are:
/etc/opt/ipf/ipnat.conf
rdr hme0 0.0.0.0/0 port 80 -> 10.31.125.5 port 8080 tcp
/etc/opt/ipf/ipf.conf
#
#
name="ipf" parent="pseudo" instance=0;
We have enabled ipf-transparent and our squid.conf has the rules listed on
FAQ17:
http_port 8080
httpd_accel_host virtual
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
When we connect to the server 10.31.125.5 port 80 we have this response:
Trying 10.31.125.5 ...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
Can someone help me?
Has someone configured a transparent proxy on Solaris?
Thanks a lot
