Hello,
Iīm using squid since a time ago in a Linux box (RedHat 6.1, kernel 2.2.15) with WCCP in a 7200 Cisco Router, it works ok, but sometimes exist a problem between the router and squid. If I do a sh ip wccp web-cache in the router, when the problem appear, the Hash filed is in 00000000000000000000000000000000, and as I understand this must be only Fs to work ok, but I havenīt found why this hapend, I did a debug in the router and seems this see ok the squid ... I also looked in CISCO page but they donīt have too much information about wccp...The problem is solved starting again the squid until the router gets the right hash info...Does some one know where could be the problem?..
The sh ip wccp web-cache in the router gives (in normal situation):
WCCP Web-Cache information:
