Port 8000, 8008, 8088, 8888 Failed

Hello to all, first: sorry for my bad english.

I have Squid 2.3.STABLE3 instaled in my server, works very well, but when i try
to access URL that pass to port like 8000, 8008, and other a get an error like
this:

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://miner.bol.com.br:8088/livrosminer.html

Connection Failed
The system returned:
    (111) Connection Refused

I saw the ACL in squid.conf and I think ist ok, because i have in a part:

acl Safe_ports port 80 21 443 563 70 210 1025-65535
acl CONNECT method CONNECT
http_access deny !Safe_ports

 What can be wrong? The URL that i want to use is http://miner.bol.com.br (it´s
a search engine).
