Hi
Pages can set a "non-cacheable" flag, wich tells cache servers not to cache them, because they update too frequently.
Yahoo.com has probably set this, and thus is uncacheable. - Maybe squid can be forced to cache it anyway?
(ofcourse meaning that you will loose the changes/updates to whatever page you do it to... Anyone, knowing if that is possible? )

My Squid server don't cache many html files for example
:www.yahoo.com, but cache Images & www.squid-cache.com
I don't any change configuration , WHAT IS YOUR IDEA?
