BUG squid-2.3.STABLE2-hno.20000420.snapshot?

Greetings

I've downloaded and untarred squid-2.3.STABLE2 and then
bash-2.03#cd squid-2.3.STABLE2
bash-2.03# patch -p1 -s <../squid-2.3.STABLE2-hno.20000420.snapshot
1 out of 50 hunks failed: saving rejects to src/mib.txt.rej

if you cat mib.txt.rej you get:

I'm running on Solaris 7 (x86) and I've installed bash, gcc 2.8.1
and libstdc++-2.8.1.1 from sunfreeware.com
 I've been able to compile squid and install it thanks to the help of
generous people on this list. Is there a problem with this snapshot?
and what patch must I install to overcome the 1 hunk failing ?
