number of dirs

        In Squid, the default is to create in the cache 16 first-level directories
and 256 second-level ones. That should be enough for a small cache.
        But what is the reasonable estimate for a 20 GB cache? How many
first-level? How many second-level?

        I'm running Squid 2.2.STABLE4 on Red Hat Linux 6.0 kernel 2.2.14
