proxy authentication

Hi Everybody,

I'm using a squid 2.2STABLE5 proxy server. I've made some changes in
squid.conf file and the ncsa_auth seems work. But I don't know how to
make the passwd file work.What is the format of the file? How can I
create the new passwd file? May I add a new user by edit the file?
