You can play games with the refresh rules in Squid, but it won't affect just
Linux users - it'll hamper everyone.
Really, it's just one of those bugs Netscape should really have fixed ages
ago; once 5.0 is finalised, more people will begin to critically examine the
source and if the problem persists it may finally get fixed.
