Finally...strace came in help of me:

strace -p PID -o output -f

Looking at output file it appears the solution: where did squid take the 72
Entries ? How did it calculate thei size in 156390464 KB ? Well...the only
thing I left intact was logs...and it seems that swap.log containes these
corrupted infos...How the has been corrupted I really don't know, I'll
indagate better later. Is it possible for the STABLE version to corrupt in
the same way swap.log ? I don't know, it's sure that if the file is
corrupted, the STABLE version works like the DEVEL one.
Hope to has been useful, maybe my lamer level have made me do manmy
mistakes, but now squid works fine, as ever did until.... ;)
