squid stores no client IPs in access.log?

I'm using Squid 2.2 STABLE 5 on an digital Alpha with Linux.

Squid stores no client ip adresses in access.log.

Every clientaccess is logged with ip adress 192.168.0.0

What can I do to see the real ip adress of every client?
