I think the multiple proxies is for loadsharing and redundancy.
Even with the double proxy (or with direct connection) I get only
max of 4.5kb/s which doesnt quite satisfy me, consideering that
I can get with the same machine connected to my Uni (monash) ppp
server I can get up to 7Kb/sec average and 10Kb/s max!
If it wouldnt be for the deal (2mnths free but must be 1 year) I
would have gone to another ISP..........
