Squid Crashing & cache size 126MB out of 8GB drive!!

we are running on two E-250's with solaris 7. For the past week squid
has crashed 3 times during the night when we have above 90 users
online..... whats going wrong?

My squid cache size does not go above 126MB even though i have an 8GB
drive .....need help
