Solaris 2.6 question

Hi,
                                                                      
I have to rollout Squid 2.2 S5 out to a number of Sparc Stations and
Ultra 1 servers. I will be compiling it using GCC on solaris 2.6. I
will be installing it under /usr/local, I am looking at making a tar
ball file and extracting it on the other servers. Is there any
depencies I need to include? or other problems I might encounter.
