Hi,

I was wondering what the difference is between these 2 items in the cache-manager :

Request Hit Ratios : 5 min XX % and 60 min YY %
Byte Hit Ratios: 5 min XX % and 60 min YY %

They differ a lot ?

Another weird thing ...when checking the DNS-statistics I see this

Dnsserver Statistics:
number running: 15 of 15
requests sent: 17403
replies received: 17400
queue length: 0
avg service time: 4676 msec

# FD # Requests Flags Time Offset
1 3 8528 AB 51.568 0
2 4 4572 AB 3.781 0
3 5 2093 AB 172.233 0
4 6 1015 A 2.414 0
5 7 570 A 255.610 0
6 8 371 A 147.574 0
7 9 107 A 196.002 0
8 10 27 A 2331.988 0
9 11 11 A 2331.967 0
10 12 4 A 83273.786 0
11 13 2 A 86297.325 0
12 14 0 A 538482.255 0
13 15 0 A 538482.255 0
14 16 0 A 538482.255 0
15 18 0 A 538482.255 0

Flags key:

   A = ALIVE
   B = BUSY
   C = CLOSING
   S = SHUTDOWN

I've defined 15 dns-children to be sure on dns-resolvement-load ...but why is the "avg service time: 4676 msec" => 4.6 seconds ???
This should be much lower no ??

Anyone ?
Thanx in advance ??
