What is the difference between delay_parameters 500/500 and
delay_parameters 500/3000?
I have read the docs, but I do not understand what effect the increased
maximum number of bytes in bucket has. It is supposed to speed up
download of webpages but slow down large downloads, but I do not
understand how it works.
BTW, is there any relation to MTU? We currently have 33.6 async with
1500 MTU, so what happens when maximum number of bytes in a bucket is
larger than MTU (in terms of speed and effectiveness/overhead)?
